Worst place

At least they had hot water

Everything was greasy, no internet for the whole stay, mattresses are very old without protection, mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom, the building is so old that you can see gaps between walls and ceiling in the bathroom, the insulation is so bad you can hear everybody . The host promised to fix internet but nothing was done. We found another place approximately same price and moved out . The worst place I have ever started at

Disappointing -- could have been a great place but maintanence/communication/support was poor

Location was good.

Property maintanence was poor and property manager never fixed any issues that were reported. Issues included: 1. Unable to open window/blind in lounge/kitchen meaning the room was dark and had no ventilation. 2. Microwave plate missing 3. Tiles around shower were damaged and unsafe 4. Property manager eventually did not respond to our requests -- we were lucky that we had a friend with us who spoke French, otherwise it would have been impossible. 5. Electrical plug for toaster/jug was dangerous because it sparked if you touched it. 6. WiFi password originally sent was not correct -- it took a day or so to get this sorted.

8 / 10
