Well positioned location, but the flat was not as expected

The location of the studio was very well positioned, hosts were nice as well and provided all the information at hand for check-in / check out. The kitchen was fully equipped with all utensils and there was high speed internet available.

Well... the location was very well positioned, but the flat is at the ground floor, with almost no windows, so no natural light at all and also poor air quality, even with the ventilation on. The window in the kitchen won't count as it sees the interior yard where you would get all the cooking smells from the neighbors. Also no hot water available if 2 people were to take a shower one after another.

Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Die Lage war super und man konnte die Bahnstion sehr gut erreichen.

So ziemlich alles... Es war SEHR DRECKIG, Die angegebenen Parkplätze unten an der Straße kosteten 55€ am Tag! Das Badezimmer war sehr verkalkt und dadurch dass man nicht gut lüften kann da es nur ein Zimmer zum Innenhof gibt war es sehr schlechte Luft. Die ganze Wohnung riecht nach Schimmel und Keller was sehr aufdringlich ist und nicht gut! Mein Freund hat eine Schimmelallergie und konnte kaum schlafen. Die Ausstattung sieht auf den ersten Blick super aus aber viele Schüsseln und Teller hatten Risse oder waren kaputt. Das Geschirr musste ich bei meiner Ankunft selber reinigen, da noch Reste vom Vorgänger daran waren.🤢 Das Wohnzimmer war Ok aber das Sofa extrem dreckig. Wir hatten zum Glück eine Decke dabei die wir auf dem Sofa ausbreiten konnten. Es gab zunächst weder Internet noch WLAN, da alle Kabel ausgesteckt waren. So mussten wir erstmal das Rätsel des WLANS lösen... Das Schlafzimmer war ok. Insgesamt stinkt die Wohnung, es ist sehr dreckig und sehr dunkel da das einzige richtige Fenster in der Küche ist. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, da wir dort eine Woche verbracht haben. Zum Glück waren wir den ganzen tag unterwegs. Man fühlt sich nicht wohl. Wir kommen nicht wieder und wir werden es auch nicht empfehlen.
