Overall, despite the great location, the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and basic safety standards completely ruined

We stayed at this property from December 21 to December 24. The location is excellent — everything is within walking distance, which was very convenient.

Several electrical outlets in the kitchen and near the dining table were loose and poorly fixed. This is a serious safety issue, especially for guests with small children, as there is a real risk of electric shock. Such problems should never be present in a rental property. The plumbing was also in very poor condition. The bidet faucet was loose and badly installed, feeling like it could come off at any moment. The shower holder was not properly attached to the wall and did not hold the shower at all, forcing us to hold it by hand. The bathroom shower area had visible mold and was clearly not properly cleaned. In addition, there was a strong and persistent smell of mold in the bedroom, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
