Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar war. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich und unkompliziert.
Besonders angenehm war, dass jedes Zimmer über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügte.
Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Die große Küche ist mit ausreichend Utensilien ausgestattet, alle elektrischen Geräte funktionieren, ein großzügiger Wohnsalon bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen.
Der Pool ist gross, uns gefiel sehr die schöne Bepflanzung zum Nachbargrundstück.
Grundstück insgesamt gut gepflegt.
Durch einen regionalen Stromausfall, wurden wir persönlich von der Vermieterin informiert.
Da unser Mietauto aufgrund des Stromausfalles nicht vom Grundstück bewegt werden konnte, stellte sie uns freundlicherweise ein Fahrzeug zur Verfügung. Herzlichen Dank dafür!

Beautiful property, with private pool. Location was perfect and very close by the Land of the Legends.
We did have a power cut at one point, but we were out at the time. Our host informed us and provided us with candles which we didn’t need to use in the end.

The villa is spacious and well suited for larger groups. The host was friendly, responsive and genuinely tried to resolve every issue we reported during our stay. We appreciated the good communication and willingness to help.
We chose this villa as the final stop of our journey through Türkiye, hoping to end our holiday with a relaxing luxury stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the expectations created by the listing or the premium price.
The surroundings were much noisier than we expected. Every morning started around 4:00 a.m. with a rooster crowing, followed by barking dogs. During the day there was frequent noise from buses idling nearby and ongoing construction work, making it difficult to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere we had hoped for.
We also experienced several maintenance and infrastructure issues during our stay. The infinity pool, advertised as one of the property’s main features, was cloudy when we arrived and had to be cleaned after we reported it.
On our first day, part of the property’s electrical system lost power due to a tripped circuit breaker, requiring the owner to come and restore it. We also experienced a faulty door handle that locked some of our belongings inside a room, which was repaired after we contacted the host. A few days later, we had a power outage lasting more than four and a half hours. Because of the risk of further outages, we were advised not to park inside the gate, as the electric gate might not open without power.
Throughout the villa we noticed many finishing details that did not reflect the standard we expected from a luxury property. There were several examples of untidy finishing work, including uneven joints, paint and grout left on surrounding surfaces, and cracked, bulging tiles behind one of the shower walls. None of these issues made the villa unusable, but together they created an overall impression that the property had not been finished or maintained to the standard expected of a luxury villa.
To be fair, the host was always friendly, responsive and genuinely tried to resolve every issue we reported. We truly appreciate his efforts.
