The apartment itself was great. Beautiful, clean, and amazing location. Hosts were also attentive.
One of the reasons we chose this apartment over other properties is that we needed a place with a washing machine. Unfortunately upon arrival we found out the washing machine was broken and that nothing could be done to fix it. Hosts offered to bring our clothing to another property and wash them for us. While I appreciated the help, it was an inconvenient having to deal with this situation. For this reason alone I'm docking a few points, as it did ended up impacting my overall experience.
