The host was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed.
The area is non-touristic, with a volant market near-by and all-around shops for locals with decent prices.
Room was very cute and you can use the kitchinette if you like to cook.
we could hear noise from the room next to us but the host managed to temper very smoothly.
wet season in wet, so we were psychically prepared :)

good location, owner very helpful via whatsapp before and during stay
room was on the smaller side, bed was hard and slightly uncomfortable. lots of noise too especially early in the morning but okay all in all
