This newly updated home is centrally located near DFW Airport, multiple medical facilities, University of Texas Arlington and the Entertainment district of Arlington. Utilities paid by owner. It provides a peaceful and quiet escape from the city surrounding it. Near major highways, shopping, AT&T Stadium, restaurants. The space
This 2 bedroom 2 bath has a large primary bedroom with high ceiling, walk a few steps into the bathroom that has a soaking tub and separate shower with loads of natural lighting thanks to a large sky light and windows. Smaller bedroom has 2 twin beds and gives a vintage vibe complete with antique dresser. There is a separate dining area from kitchen as well as a small wet bar space with seating for 2. Living area is the star with a soaring wooden ceiling, fireplace, work space, plenty of space to relax, watch the smart tv, read, etc. Cute outside patio just outside the kitchen door complete with bistro set and a fire pit with seating for 4-6. There is also another patio outside of the living room with a fenced yard and room for a pet or children who want to play.
