We had a lovely stay overall. The property is spacious, with large rooms and plenty of facilities, making it suitable for a family of five.
The sleeping arrangements were particularly good. There are two double bedrooms, as well as another bedroom with a daybed and bunk bed with a double bed underneath, so there was plenty of sleeping space. The beds were comfortable and good quality.
The kitchen is well equipped with the main utilities, which was a real positive. A cot was also provided, and the mattress was good quality, which was appreciated.
Communication from the owners was generally good, with messages coming through directly when needed. Some messages did occasionally come across as a little rude, although this may simply have been down to translation.
Unfortunately, several of the facilities provided did not actually work. The washer/dryer did not work, which was disappointing, particularly for a family staying for several days.
There is also a dishwasher, but no dishwasher tablets were provided, meaning we had to wash everything by hand. This wouldn't normally be a major issue, but the kitchen is very dark, making it difficult to properly see what you are doing. The additional kitchen light also did not work, making the problem even worse.
One of the toilets did not work, which was a significant inconvenience for a family of five, particularly as there are already a large number of guests sharing the property.
The shower is also very small and consists of a shower area with only a small lip/edge and a shower curtain across it. Unfortunately, when showering, water gets all over the bathroom floor. Thankfully, there was a bath mat provided, which helped, but the shower itself could definitely be improved.
Although a shower is provided, no proper bath towels were supplied. There were only four small towels available, which we were able to manage because we had brought some of our own, but this really should have been provided for all five guests.
The bins are also very small for a property accommodating five people and filled up quickly. There was no clear information about where additional bin bags were located or where rubbish was supposed to be taken once the bins were full.
The house was also extremely hot, which made it uncomfortable at times, particularly at night. Better ventilation or some form of cooling would have made a big difference.
The property itself is lovely, but the cleanliness on arrival could have been better. The skirting boards were dirty and the floors were not particularly clean. This is especially disappointing when guests are expected to clean the property themselves during their stay.

Die Wohung ist sehr groß und bietet wirklich eine gute bis sehr gute Ausstattung für Erwachsene und auch Kinder. Es war wirklich von der Kaffeemaschine mit Pods über Duschgel und vielen technischen Geräten alles vorhanden.
Wir hatten leider einige Probleme. Eine Toilette war verstopft (es gibt zum Glück drei), es gab viele Staubecken und der eine Türgriff hat sich auch gelockert. Die Wohnung müsste einmal richtig durchgeputzt und gewartet werden, dann ist sicher wieder alles top.

Очень понравилось расположение, рядом есть пекарня, магазин. Квартира очень большая, уютная. Самое главное есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания! Рядом трамвайная остановка.
