Although I was disappointed that Mekong Resort declined to honour the free shuttle service that was stated on their Booking.com site, I was pleased that they did not argue + make it difficult for me to cancel the reservation without any fees or charges.
As Mekong Resort is located some distance from town, I booked a room since they offered free shuttle service on their Booking.com site. When they declined to honour the service, I cancelled the reservation.

Nous avons adoré le personnel, la nourriture et les lits sont très confortables et propres !
La sortie en bateau était très très chouette. Les oiseaux n’étaient pas là mais peut-être dû à la tempête de la veille. Voir le Mekong etait une sortie très sympa quand même.
Il n’y a rien que j’ai détesté, il y a toujours des petites améliorations mais ça va.

Maisemat olivat hienot jokiranta bungalovista. Mekong joen miniristeily oli mahtava kokemus.
Hotellialue oli kulahtanut ja tarvitsisi pikaista korjaamista. Bungalowin lattiat olivat vinot ja kylmät. Suihkutilassa osa seiniä vain verkotettu, eli lämpötila oli aamuisin +15 astetta. Meillä oli 2 erillistä sänkyä, mutta vain toisessa oli ensimmäisenä yönä peitto... Henkilökunta ei juurikaan osannut englantia sanaakaan..
