Location is good. Parking place on prem and with a partner provider 3 mins away, which I could pay and claim back on check out. Room is sufficient equipped. Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube.
The smell of cleaning fluid was too strong and last too long.
Internet quality is not stable. Easy to get kicked out of connection for a short inactivity.

This is an excellent hotel and we’d highly recommend it. Very well kept, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are large. There's a mini fridge, safe, and smart TV in the room. A/C worked well.
The bathroom was a good size, and the shower had good pressure and consistent temperature. As with every hotel bathroom, it could use more hooks! There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, but no lotion (which is typical for asia).
Breakfast was good, mostly vietnamese-style foods, since haiphong doesn’t see a lot of western tourists: congee, fish noodle soup, rice, noodles, fruit, eggs to order, toast, jam, tea, and coffee. Very nice staff and accommodating, but very little english. I don't think haiphong sees a lot of tourists 😊 Outside of the hotel, all of the staff at the restaurants we went to seemed very unhappy. It's a bit of a tougher sort of town.
Breakfast could have more western options, but if they're not getting western tourists, then that's understandable.
