Your family or group will have plenty of space to spread out in the multiple living areas, screened all season porch, multiple balconies as well as the backyard outdoor oasis complete w/ your own private saltwater pool, hot tub and beautiful seating/dining areas & pool bath. The 2 kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessities and include a sub zero refrigerator, wine fridge, separate beverage fridges and ice makers. You may never want to leave this property but when you do, this home is just a few steps from the East boardwalk access to the gulf- as well as all the other wonderful amenities Kiva has to offer like award-winning golf w/ full clubhouse, restaurant, pro shop, fitness area, tennis, 3 community pools plus a zero-entry saltwater pool & hot tub directly on the gulf at the Kiva Beach Club (featuring restaurant/bar). Sleeps up to 20 people.

This house was perfect! We had 4 families there and it allowed us to all have our own space. We loved the close access to beach, but also loved the pool and hot tub. (FYI-pool is heated. We didn’t know that for first two days because it wasn’t working. So it was a little chilly and not quite as enjoyable. After they fixed it, it was wonderful.) There are plenty of beach toys and chairs in garage. Kitchen is well stocked and has two dishwashers. That came in handy with 14 people! Also has an elevator.
