We really enjoyed our stay at Phong Nha Cherish House. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, and gave us honest advice about which tours were worth doing given the bad weather. They also kindly helped arrange a late check-in and taxis for us, which made everything very easy.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.
The only thing to keep in mind is the location. It’s within walking distance of the main part of town, but during the rainy season the walk can be a little less convenient, so this is worth considering when booking.
