Amazing location, flat was very clean and matched with advertised photos.
Ants were coming through from somewhere which my wife flagged. It was very minor issue, likely to do with structural gap in the walls.

The location and the fact we had secure parking just a 5 min walk away. The Bolhão market a 4 min walk away provided us with all the fresh food and produce we needed. The rest of the old town was an easy walk and so much to see and do. The apartment was secure and we felt very safe . Public transport easy access as well . I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore Porto .

Great Location, super central and close to everything!
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this accommodation.
When we arrived, the apartment had not been cleaned. There was still rubbish inside, the beds were not made, and the apartment smelled absolutely terrible. We then had to wait for about an hour before we were informed that the apartment had finally been cleaned.
At first glance, the apartment looked nice and the furnishings were relatively attractive. However, the bedding, pillows and duvet had a very unpleasant smell. The towels also did not smell fresh.
Another major issue was the noise. The apartment is on the first floor directly on a busy street with cobblestones, so the noise from cars and traffic is extremely loud. The accommodation does provide earplugs, but even with earplugs, it was far too noisy to sleep properly.
We also found the service disappointing. At check-out, we asked if we could stay just one additional hour, especially considering that we had already lost an hour waiting for the apartment to be cleaned. However, we were clearly told that this was not possible. We found this to be very poor customer service considering the experience.
Overall, despite the apartment looking nice at first sight, the cleanliness, unpleasant smells, extreme noise and lack of flexibility from the host made our stay very disappointing. We would definitely not recommend this accommodation.
