I travel to Singapore regularly. This is my preferred hotel of choice. It is very accessible to the city Centre by metro and taxi. The fact that many rooms have a mini kitchenette facility is ideal for a multi day stay. It has a good laundry and a nice coffee facility downstairs. I use the extensive , safe and well light park that begins across the road to exercise regularly and has a really nice pool.
The breakfast is not its strong suit. It is a bit remote on weekends. I tend to get a taxi to Holland Village or StarVista Mall that is close by if not ordering in and not wanting to go back into town.

No point in having the checkin downstairs when you have to repeat the process on the 10th floor

Great location and room
I made them aware about my gf coming during the night and when she arrived no one was there, she waited an hour until someone helped her out to check in
Later on Saturday I arrived with a group of people that had separate reservations, many from this group and me included were not even listed as people who should have get a room (I had also a reservation from this event) and no even one more worker was dispatched there to handle 200people coming
