The property is in a great location near the Asok station and offered at a budget-friendly price. The host family is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and included a balcony, toiletries, hot water, and a separate bathroom. Bike and bicycle rentals are also available if needed. The host was very helpful during my stay. After I requested an international adapter, they provided it quickly, which I really appreciated.
The air conditioner is somewhat outdated and did not cool the room as cold as we wished, though there was a fan to improve the situation. Additionally, having two pillows per person would improve comfort. Both are not critical and just a wishlist.

Close to tam coc boat ride, beside the spa and bike rental. Walking distance to restaurants? Laundry and transport booking centre as well.
Mr. Thong and his wife is very accommodating despite the language barrier.

Chambre propre et bien équipée
Bon emplacement
Bruit de chantier à partir de 7 h juste à côté de l’hôtel. Minuscule tasse de café ( une seconde demandée était servie froide) pas de choix possible ( 2 œufs un morceau de pain et des fruits coupés 1 café ou thé)
Froid dans salle à petit déjeuner (
à tout vent)
Nous avons trouvé ailleurs un meilleur rapport qualité prix
