I like that the location is central and near restaurants and supermarkets. The view of the unit where I stayed had plenty of sunlight coming in during the day, and the blinds are very efficient at keeping daylight out if I wanted to sleep in. Great view from the 3rd floor. Nice small kitchen for minor food prep and the convenience of a washing machine for use. Local eats are nearby, literally around the corner. Nice decor and interesting setup for sleeping and living space.
The place could have provided more kitchen towels or paper towels for wipe-downs—also, perhaps an additional trash bag or two, since I was making meals there. One of the light bulbs needs replacing because it was annoyingly flickering. The third floor with a lot of daylight is great, but it also gets hot during the day; I wish there were an AC, rather than just a fan.

Location was convenient and the apartment had everything that was needed.
The sofa bed was a bit awkward to sit on as it was bascally a bed
