Habitacions comodes, cadascuna amb un wc i aire acondicionat. Cuina gran. Bona iluminació. Barri tranquil.

The design resulted in comfortable rooms with private toilets. The common area was also nice and the kitchen had all we needed. It was not in the center but close enough to reach it walking in a quiet neighbourhood. Free parking in the street, with no time limit if you find a space which we luckily did.
The back yard was untidy (weedy) and you could see the neighbors pretty unkept house and yard.Also the black-out curtains were for some reason too short so we were up early!

L'emplacement
Pas de rideaux ou de stores au RDC pour celui qui dort ds le canapé convertible qui n'est pas du tout confortable au passage ce n'est pas top surtout avec les voisins d'en face qui laisse leur lumière allumée jusqu'à 1h du mat pour l'étage des stores trop courts sans opacité autant dire vous dormez en plein jour. Pas de clim au RDC. La literie et oreiller sont très moyens dans les autres chambres ainsi que les serviettes de toilette qui n'epongent pas grand chose. La propreté plutôt approximative, des insectes morts sur les appuis de fenêtres, plan de travail paq propre, aucun matériel pour rafraîchir la maison, ni aspirateur ni serpillière ni seau, pas de torchons pr la vaisselle, aucune explication pr les poubelles j'ai du demander.
