We wanted to get away from Gulf Shores. This was the perfect location and not a long walk to the beach. We walked, for exercise, anyway, while there. The pool was well maintained and not at all crowded. 303 was clean and no complaints. The elevators were never too crowded and the wait time was very minimal.
We really didn’t find any major issues. The shower diverted in the master bath needs attention. It was loose and sometimes didn’t work. The front bathroom faucet has a small leak around the housing. Had to clean up after using it. Toilets could use an upgrade on the guts inside the tank. You had to hold the handle down sometimes.

The property itself was beautiful, clean, and nicely furnished. The accommodations were comfortable, and the location was great. Unfortunately, we did not get the opportunity to fully enjoy the amenities or the property.
Unfortunately, our stay was very uncomfortable because a staff member repeatedly came to our door and knocked to ask if we were smoking. We were not smoking, having a party, or violating any of the property rules. We had read and understood the instructions before arriving and were respectful of all the policies.
After being approached multiple times, we began to feel as though our family was being targeted or watched. It made us so uncomfortable that we spent most of our time at my niece’s beach house instead of enjoying the pool and other amenities at the property. We essentially only returned to the rental to sleep. This was very disappointing because we had looked forward to spending time together and enjoying the facility. Ok
