Gorgeous location, a bit difficult to get to but the shuttle company arranged a transfer for it. Food was good, the hotel is serene and calm, nestles in the mountainside. Bungalows were comfortable.

Incredibly beautiful gardens, and wonderful staff. A little piece of heaven out of the hustle and bustle, surrounded by karst mountains. You usually only get this level of beautiful nature in expensive resorts.
Floodwaters made it difficult to get to after heavy rain, and some of the areas in the hotel grounds were under water. But, still absolutely beautiful. Rooms are simple but functional.

Make sure to book the deluxe room with balcony because the view is amazing. Breakfast was also the best dinner we had in Sapa. There is Pho but also a buffet with fruit, rice, noodles chicken and more.

The property was perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations. Even if in Vietnam everybody is helpful, the stuff was so helpful in everything : planning to go there, planning the visits, assisting is in every one of our requests. We had a family room for 3 to 4 people which was really very large, indeed it was a bungalow for us alone. The property is exceptionally located in between the mountains at a lake. The tropical flower and palm tree garden is so beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant is superb and has a few very nice romantic spots near the water as well as a very large terrace upside. It a perfect GO !!! Our best stay in Vietnam !!! We were sad to leave (but will come back for sure....)
