Nice location, nature-focused
Loose electrical socket, ants coming inside, weak AC

The layout around the courtyard and the overall design of the room.
Breakfast was ok but limited choice.
The floor of the shower room was very slippy causing me a serious accident. I did not need hospital treatment but the bruising on my face affected the rest of my stay in Vietnam. There should be a warning about the slippery floors in the shower rooms. Some of the staff were helpful immediately after the accident but on checking out , instead of expressing concern, payment was requested for a shower gel dispenser that got broken in the accident!
