Our family stayed at this home for TCU graduation. It felt new and clean, with room for all. The layout was nice for family time, the beds were comfortable and the fireplace made it very cozy. The host's communication was prompt. There was not a hot tub, but a nice tub in the master suite We were surprised by the proximity of the train, but all the guests were able to sleep well. Loved the size of the master closet and bathroom.

House is new so very clean. I’m a light sleeper so the train located behind house did wake me. Had a couple issues during stay and host was quick to respond which I appreciated. Getting in was very easy and using the garage was definitely a plus.
