The building is nice, the small back garden they got is also really pleasant to stay in and eat or chat with the others or read, etc. There is a store 5 minutes away and some good restaurants 8-10 minutes walk from, such as Canal 3.
Stuff is social, almost always someone in the house, and you can easily stay over a story with them.
It is a bit far from the city, and if the temperature is high, combined with Porto’s hills, it can be a challenge to walk back to it from downtown. Do recommend public transport for that.
No laundry available, if you want to wash you have to do it in the sink by hand, they do have two drying racks outside, but of course if is not warm outside your clothes might not dry before you have to pack them. All of this assuming you want to do laundry there.
Also season/weather dependent, but there are no ACs in the rooms, just some floor fans that blow air in the room constantly. Wasn’t exactly enough to cool down during the night

Everything was great. The property was clean, comfortable and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful specially Oussama , and the facilities were excellent. I really enjoyed my stay.

Friendly, and a relaxing outdoor area.

Get an extra fridge! One is not enough for 30 people!
There are various places you could fit an extra one.
Or at least warn people in advance there is very little space. It didn't affect us, as we were only staying one night, but people need to know!
