Great views. Darling space. Very happy with three baths.
Primary bedroom and bath need paint. Dishwasher needs maintenance or replacement. Bedrooms facing the porch and baths need opaque curtains for privacy. Only thing missing was a downstairs toilet!

The deck and the close proximity to the beach. The deck is huge with alot of seating. The walk to the beach is about 20 yards!
The dishwasher didn't wash the dishes well. The freezer never froze ice cream. The master bedroom air conditioning did not work well. They sent a tech but he said he could not fix it because of where it was housed - lowered the temp about 2 degrees. The drain in the master bedroom shower was very slow draining. All the windows have very sheer curtains so we had to hang blankets on all the windows in every room. The washing machine leaked all over the floor. They advised us not to use it for the remainder of the week but with nine people that was impossible. We discovered that if you use the medium load setting it will not leak. One of the single beds squeaks very loud with every movement..
This house needs all new appliances. I sent multiple emails and messages asking about these exact issues because they were stated in another review but I NEVER received a response. Probably because it was not fixed.
