Great city stay hidden away in historical house. GREAT facilities including pool, small cinema and pool table (billiards). Close to top of Ponte Luis I bridge. Nice rooms, all facilities were excellent.
Parking was tricky if you arrive with car, but that should be the same for any hotel in Porto city center.

Great location, spacious and comfortable apartment. The swimming pool and games room were a lovely bonus. Helpful and lovely staff.
The apartment was dark and some of the furniture needed updating. The living room rug looked old and needed replacing.
The check in information was misleading, suggesting we could check in earlier than we could. This was not a massive problem though as we were able to leave our bags at the office.

Our train arrived late and the hosts were very good with communication since we were getting in so late. Ana, came over to the property to meet us, give us keys, and give us some "tips" for Porto. She was excellent.
The property accommodated us with the beds, the 2 bathrooms, kitchen. We used the pool table for a little family competition.....fun.
Hard to answer bc it met all our needs for our short stay. I did pay for an early check in but emailed several hours in advance to say we did not need it and could the charge be removed. I don't think it was removed.
