L'hôte Karim nous a parfait accueilli. Très gentil et à l'écoute de ses clients, repond a la moindre question. Quant a l appartement il est niquel, tous les équipements pour la cuisine a disposition ( cafetière, micro ondes....)
Nous reviendrons chez Karim sans hésiter si l occasion se représente

The location was excellent. Central, very easy to reach everywhere, but at the same time in a quiet street without any noise. Karim (the owner) is very kind; he gave us the keys himself and showed us the house. We asked him for extra sheets the next day, he brought them to us immediately. We stayed in this house for 5 days, it was one of the best experiences we have ever had. Everything you need is there. If you need warm bread for breakfast, it's only a 4 minute walk to the house, if you need to cook for yourself for dinner or lunch, it's a 3 minute walk to the grocery stores. If you want to visit the historical parts of the city, just a few minutes' walk and you will see everything easily. Only 10 minutes walk to the tram stations. In a word, it was wonderful. Thank you very much to the owner for this beautiful house

A really well-equipped, spacious, clean, quiet, friendly apartment. Once you've managed to get in.
The host is not on site and does not use a keybox. You must arrive at the accommodation at the pre-arranged time. Our plans changed, so the original time was not suitable. It was difficult to find another time, and it was inconvenient for us.
I think that requiring a fixed arrival time on this accommodation booking site is inappropriate. It's a shame to spoil this nice little apartment with difficult access.
I suggest that the host use a simple keybox, as is widely customary. Or any other remotely managed service offered by modern technology.
