Welcome to our peaceful, renovated lake house on a beautiful, deep water cove of Fort Loudoun in Louisville , only 20 minutes from West Knoxville, Downtown and UT. This home offers 3,000 sf, quartz countertops, LVP flooring, sunroom and two living spaces! You'll love the large gently sloping lot, covered dock and sea wall for fishing and swimming. You're only minutes away from shopping, dining and around the corner from the Louisville Marina while feeling away from it all.

The upstairs features a family room, dining area, game area with foosball table and wet bar. The downstairs has a full kitchen, family room, dining room and laundry room, plus a sunroom looking out to the water. Our amazing lake lot is gently sloping down to the water, with no steps to the dock. Families and friends will enjoy spreading out on over an acre of land with peaceful views of the lake. You'll enjoy privacy while being close to shopping and dining options.

It was a great space to meet the needs of 5 adults, toddler and infant visiting a daughter nearby who just had a baby. We were only at the property at night and early mornings. Kitchen was updated, well stocked and spacious. Beds comfortable. Common areas fit our needs. Bathrooms stocked and clean. Thankful for laundry areas. Property was rustic and dated. Weather was on and off rain so we did not use the pavilion or grill. The host was responsive to all our questions. Overall I gave it a good rating and served the purpose nicely for our trip to TN!
