About this house rental
Please make yourself at home in our cozy renovated nearly 100 year old home. Just minutes from historic downtown Brewton, parks, shopping and restaurants. Plan a day trip to the pristine white beaches in Pensacola located just 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Then head back to your warm and inviting home to enjoy the sunset on the enclosed porch or just curl up on the couch in front of the 65" TV. Whatever you decide to do, Mady's Happy Place is here to make your getaway a wonderful experience.
The living room has a 65" Smart TV. The master bedroom has a king bed with a 40" Smart TV. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds with 32" Smart TV's.
There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub and shower.
The enclosed front porch has seating for 6 and is a great place to watch the sunset.
The outside back porch has a gas grill and grill utensils.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and baking pans, pots and utensils.
Restaurants, fast food and shopping located minutes away.
Pensacola Beach located 1 hour and 15 minutes away.
USS Alabama located 1 hour and 30 minutes away.

Check in was easy and efficient for my wife and I along with our adult children for a mini famiky reunion. House was everything the site reviews said it was. House was very clean, kitchen was stocked with snacks and coffee for keurig. Beds were comfortable and separated from others for privacy. Front porch was a favorite gathering place for sitting and drinking coffee. Definitely will be back.

This was this perfect place to stay for our trip to Brewton. It's conveniently located in town just down the road from campus. It had all the little extras that made it feel like home.

I and my three adult children and 14 year old grandson were here for two nights to celebrate my brother’s 90th birthday. We all loved your home! We loved sitting on the patio each morning enjoying a cup of coffee and playing with the neighbor’s kitten. When she came to retrieve it, we learned that she was going to be at the party. You have a lovely neighbor! Thanks for an enjoyable stay.
