It was a great upscale accommodation in an area that was within walking distance to many of the amenities we wanted.

The hotel and staff were lovely, the only things that bothered us were some handprints on the wall and door entering the room and there was a little bit of noise coming from the street

The hotel claims the rooms are soundproof. They are not, I could hear everything outside, I thought a window was open. After checking all Windows were closed hence 4 stars instead of 5

There was no sightguard for the toilet, shower and bathroom area, further more the whole room had mirrors, so you could not do anything without being seen naked, showering or being on the toilet.
The rooms were cold (yes, cold in summer in Porto), loud and just not suited for two people, but advertised as such.
