We had a beautiful stay at Innerzen. We stayed for two nights at the downstairs room. The room was clean, and had everything we needed. Dzung, Mrs Hai and Mrs Huyen were incredible hosts. We had two amazing breakfasts and dinners. They did our laundry for us. As Dzung pointed out, this is not a resort, it’s their home. Nevertheless, the service we received was like no other. If you’re after luxury and bling bling, this homestay is probably not for you. But if you’d like to spend time at a unique and peaceful location by the riverside, hosted by truly kind and attentive people, we really recommend Innerzen. We wish we would’ve had time to stay longer. We would recommend staying at least for two full days and three nights. This would give you just enough time to explore the area, both in their tour (which we also recommend) and on your own. If you have the time, stay longer. We could easily spend a month there.

It’s such a peaceful place where you can truly relax! The room is extremely comfortable with a beautiful decor, spacious bathroom and the hammock on the balcony is the perfect finishing touch.
Linh and Zung are very welcoming hosts, have organized everything perfectly, including transfers and tours. It truly feels like they’re welcoming you.
Mrs Huyen and Mrs Hai cook amazing meals. There was so much food! We couldn’t finish it all, but every single dish was delicious. And that all with a view of the water without any others around. It is a little bit of paradise.
We couldn’t recommend this place any higher. Such a highlight of our trip!

This is an amazing homestay managed by lovely people who put heart and soul into the environment.
Not just the place itself but also to the community I'd say. I found this homestay with a random phone call and I'm glad I did. You can easily slow down, relax a bit and enjoy the pure nature while you stay there. Also Dzung and Linh will make sure that you're taken care of well.
Not just the stay itself but thanks to them I got a chance to experience the Mekong Delta very uniquely and locally. As long as you clearly mention your needs and expectations they will make sure that all is met as much as possible.
I highly recommend their homestay and again thank you so much to them for making me feel at home and have a great experience!

Se trata de una construcción de dos pisos: arriba disponen de uno de los cuartos que alquilan (que incluye cocina, terraza, y una sala tipo tatami que también se puede usar para dormir) y abajo está la cocina principal (compartida con los dueños del alojamiento -una pareja de Vietnam) y una habitación amplia y con baño propio - donde nos alojamos mi pareja y yo.
El alojamiento está a orillas del río y tiene una terraza y un pequeño muelle. La terraza es agradable, disponen de dos mesas, varios taburetes, una hamaca y varios beanbags. Allí desayunamos, cenamos, pasamos la tarde. La luz es especialmente bonita por la mañana, pues la casa está orientada al amanecer.
Estaba limpio (aunque las toallas en el baño retenían mucha humedad).
La comida estaba buenísima, aunque las cantidades eran completamente desproporcionadas.
El personal es agradable, pero la verdad es que no tuvimos tanto la sensación de homestay, pues a los dueños los vimos poco y charlamos muy poco con ellos, y con quien más interacción tuvimos fue con dos mujeres de su staff que se encargan de las comidas y el servicio, y que no hablan nada de inglés, aunque eran muy simpáticas e intentábamos entendernos como podíamos.
Nos ayudaron a organizar alguna excursión (ellos mismos han creado una agencia de tours por el Mekong) y el traslado de vuelta a Ho Chi Minh.
- La cantidad de comida que servían, como he dicho era completamente desproporcionada para dos personas. Comimos por encima de nuestras posibilidades y aún así sobraba. Eso no nos gustó. Se lo comentamos a Linh, la dueña, que nos dijo que lo que sobra lo dan a sus animales o lo comen ellos (nos alegró saber que no lo tiran). De todas formas creo que harían bien ajustando cantidades. En la misma línea, ofrecen hacer BBQ para cenar a un precio de unos 12€ por persona (que para ser Vietnam es algo caro), y ponen comida para unas 6 personas (éramos 2). Hubiese preferido pagar menos y tener menos cantidad.
- Hicimos dos excursiones de las que ofrecen con Mekong zigzag tours: una clase de cocina y un paseo en barca por el río. Disfrutamos de ambas, pero el precio nos parece excesivo (49$/pax por la clase de cocina, 35$/pax por un paseo en la barca de 1,5 horas) para lo que son. Para la clase de cocina comenzamos yendo al mercado (paramos a desayunar una albóndiga que estaba buenísima - en el alojamiento no nos habían avisado de que no desayunáramos…) donde gastamos 150.000 dongs (unos 5€)… imagina el margen. Tampoco es que obtuviéramos las recetas o participáramos en todas las elaboraciones. Ambos guías fueron un encanto, eso sí, especialmente Nhan.
- Fue una pena que los dueños no estuvieran algo más presentes, dado que hablan inglés perfecto, y en cambio con el staff había barrera idiomática completa. Habríamos agradecido que pasaran a la hora de la cena y nos dijeran qué estábamos comiendo o cómo debíamos comerlo. En cambio, intercambiábamos señas con el staff. Lo mismo aplica con la clase de cocina, aunque Nhan se esforzó en hacernos partícipes al máximo posible.
