The owner arranged a private driver who picked me up at my hotel and took me directly to her place. It was nice to get there quickly. My room was upgraded but it wasn't a necessity to have two beds as I was traveling solo. I was going to rent an electric bike but it wasn't what I expected so I just used one of their bikes. It wasn't free. But not expensive. There were a lot of home stays in the area so it was difficult to compare, but it's right on the river and very peaceful. On the way back I did a limousine and they first pick you up at the hotel and then transfer you to the bus. Same at the end they switch you to another car to take you directly to the hotel. Honestly it was just as fast. Overall a nice visit even though the 2nd day got rained out. I rode the bike to Van Long and for me, I loved it. An easy ride on the bike, an hour on the river with a wonderful woman and barely any one else out there! Overall because they were so helpful here arranging rides and being kind and flexible I would recommend the place.
Only thing I didn't like were the sheets. They felt a bit slippery to me and I like cotton sheets.

Nice quiet spot on the river, excellent staff and good food. The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. The pool was a nice little oasis of relaxation. The owners were very attentive and helpful at every turn.

Excellent Service by the Staff and the Owners 🥰🥰 My son enjoyed fishing in the lake. We had a fabulous time in Ninh Binh 🥰🥰🥰 Thank you and we come visit again 😃
