Great property with comparable well planned rooms and very friendly staff. Central Porto is easily accessed either by walking (approx 35 mins) or by metro (the nearest station is Marques)
It was a shame that the bar didn’t seem to be open at any time when we visited. Additionally, the bed was very squeaky / creaky

The rooms were large and spacious and all the facilities were spotlessly clean and worked. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning and was not only more than enough for us both, but also made a packed lunch and left us enough for snacks later, very generous. A lovely stay and would stay again.
The only (slight) issue was that the property was a little further from the centre than we expected. It took about 30 minutes to walk to the river (all downhill). Walking back (uphill) was a challenge, however an Uber cost just 4 euros back and the Metro (station 2 minutes from property) was just 1.40 euros, so there is no need to walk back. The quality of the property more than outweighed the location issue though 😀

The room and facilities were ideal for a young family. Very clean, attentive staff. The breakfast was lovely and a treat being delivered to the room. Location was good, amenities nearby like cafes and supermarket and could walk to points of interest easily. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

Everything is new at the hozel, very nicely designed, rooms are well organized and cousy. Hotel provided both bad and feeding chair for our baby which was wonderful
Floor was never cleaned properly. As we had baby crawling around we noticed not dirty, but completely black traces on hands and legs. Despite our request at the front desk, same situation was next days
