- Tiện nghi phòng không xứng khách sạn 5* (giường ngủ bé, nệm mềm dốc về phía đầu giường, nằm đau lưng, khó ngủ; điều hòa điều chỉnh giảm nhiệt độ nhưng không hiệu quả, không có quạt, nóng bức khó ngủ; vệ sinh không thực sự sạch sẽ, cửa kính, sàn nhà, nhà vệ sinh có nhiều vết bẩn,...)
- Các loại dịch vụ ít và đơn giản; sau khoảng 9h về nhà không biết làm gì.
- Các nhà hàng, dịch vụ giải trí gần khách sạn thì chất lượng không cao, vắng khách; muốn ăn ngon và sử dụng dịch vụ vui chơi khác thì phải đi xa 1 chút

Hotel was erg mooi met heel veel zwembaden en een prachtig uitzicht
Het personeel sprak bijna geen Engels. Wij waren de enige niet Chinezen in het hotel.
