We left @ 08:30 hrs. and the keys were stored as per their request - locker # 1, with code # 1135. Visiting Porto was most interesting and we would love to come again and visit. The apartment is close to the centre of town which is great and it has a very nice garden.

However, upon taking a shower the first night the shower doors (both sides) leaked so badly that it caused the bathroom floor to be flooded partially. The rubber seals do not even make contact with the walls as they are not straight and some seals are "completely missing" at the bottom? The "sound proofing" in the apartment is nonexistent which is a pitty. We knew what time the upstairs neighbors woke-up, got dress, what they talked about and what time the left the apartment? In this line of business proper "sound proofing" is of the utmost importance knowing you have more tenants in the building The dishwasher was not functional either - tried several different programs but to no avail. The dishwasher would start up but the soap dispenser did not open, there was no temperature increase to be observed in the water utilized and after opening the dishwasher after about 2,0 hrs. to check the dishes, everything was still wet, greasy & dirty? I contacted management at the time who assured me that these matters would be looked into but until our departure, nothing has been undertaken. We did receive some additonal towels the following evening; that was all? I called again on Saturday but there was no reply nor follow-up on any of the issues. As there were no tea towels I purchased these and additiional dishwashing soap in order to do the dishes manually. You cannot clean up much of anything after cooking and cleaning up after three meals a day have been consumed, with a 30ml sample bottle of soap and a non absorbing sponge cloth provided? Also under the bed its extremely dusty - visibly not cleaned in a very long time. Same for the freezer - ice everywhere. I observed that the brown cupboard in the living-room is loose in the hinges, resulting in the door not closing correctly. It is a simple fix but I did not have a screwdriver on hand. Overall we had an enjoyable stay but I'm not sure if I would return to these accommodations.

The apartment was really spacious and pretty - living room with small kitchenette and the bedroom. The ac and heaters were working correctly. The bed was very comfortable. The location just 15 min from the old town.

There were small things that could be improved- some dust left on the furniture, loose faucet in the bathroom (without warm water) and the broken door of the shower - it was really hard ti get in, they were opening for like 40/50 cm max.

The apartment was quite spacious, clean, and modern. The couch was huge, as were the windows and the shower - which was especially wonderful. Well-equipped for basic cooking and breakfast. Comfortable beds and linens, nice towels, custom-branded even. The outdoor space had a great view of the sunset over the city. Dishwasher and laundry was a nice bonus. Really nice accommodation.

Parking was a bit of a pain, being 2 or 4 hr max, though you could keep renewing sessions via the telepark app. You had to lock the apartment door from the inside with the key, which seemed potentially unsafe. And the door to the toilet was pretty hard to open. But all minor things, it's a great place to stay.
