If you want quite and less crowds this is a wonderful spot. Very close to the beach, maybe 1 walking block.Lots of beach accessories to use which was great.The pool is a wonderful option and we used more then I thought we would.We did have internet problems from the start, the host was great to jump on the issue but it was a bigger issue then hoped for. This did cause watching the NBA finals a bit challenging .The upstairs TV is a Google TV and we never could get it figured out, but we are not very techy! Most of our time was spent outsides anyways but just nice to veg in the evenings with a movie or game. House is very roomy and the beds are amazing! We had 4 adults and 3 teenage boys staying and had zero issues with rooms, bathrooms, parking, etc.We would definitely stay here again!

Everything we needed and more. Perfect placement in relation to the ocean. It made for a great week. Communication with host. was great

Lauren was super responsive and helpful. The pool and beach were awesome. Had them pretty much to ourselves. Beach towels, toys, chairs and umbrellas all provided. About a 100 yard walk to the beach. House was clean and more than comfortable for two adults and 3 teens.
