The location and scenery is superb ... so so happy that we didn't stay in SaPa
Breakfast was a little disappointing and it would have been good to have a fridge in the room.

The room and the view was gorgeous. The restaurant was nice.
The property is very far away from the town so you have to get taxis everywhere.

Beautiful stay in Sapa if you want to relax and enjoy the nature. the views are beautiful and the pool was very nice overlooking the mountains and rice fields. Highly recommend!!
Just keep in mind that it is 30 minutes by taxi costing a set price. other then that we stay was perfect!!

Worth it for the view. Waking up to these sights was fantastic, it is so beautiful there. Pool is lovely. Drinks were really delicious, especially the cocktails, and staff were friendly.
- Staff lost my favourite shirt in the laundry (they gave me half the money back for the shirt, but i cannot replace it which is more important to me)
- Food at the restaurant is absolutely awful. No flavour and definitely not fresh, easy to tell when your partner is a chef. We were served a pitiful chicken burger one evening, chicken was 1 inch wide, complained, and then they brought out some more chicken but it was completely RAW, basically still walking around. We were still made to pay for my portion of this meal. We didn’t eat there again after this of course.
- They allow shopping ladies and children to wait outside the front door of the hotel. If you leave the hotel you are swarmed and followed by people begging you to purchase small goods (bracelets, pillowcases, etc) from them. They did not advise us of this scam and clearly allow it to happen. I had to pay two ladies as I thought they were taking us on a walk for perhaps a small payment, but upon arrival at our destination (14 minutes walk away, they took us on a 1 hour walk through the forest) they began asking us to buy their stuff. I do not want this stuff and so had to pay them 200.000 EACH for their time.
- one evening on the stay, children came inside the hotel whilst I was reading on the terrace, and was begging me to buy from them. I had to ask the staff to make them leave.
- the kids can view you from a rock platform next to the hotel. I was sunbathing at the pool and they were continually shouting “hello where you from” for what felt like hours. Not very respectful.
- bed was like a diving spring board and the floor was wet from tap leaking.
