Está em uma boa localização, o prédio é bom e consta um mercadinho no primeiro andar. No apartamento, a cozinha é equipada com quase tudo que precisamos (faltou um filtro de água)
Os armários tem muito cheiro de mofo, as cortinas não tão tão completamente a luz do sol e o box do banheiro está vazando muito!!! o banheiro foi um problema

Gostei quase de todos os cômodos.
Do banheiro, a parte onde tomamos banho é muito pequeno, sendo que o banheiro tem um espaço grande, mas aonde se toma banho é bem pequeno.

The location is excellent, the neighborhood feels safe, the apartment is spacious, and the people living in the building seem trustworthy.
However, our overall experience with the management was disappointing.
The apartment was quite humid, and there is no reception at the entrance—only building security staff who do not speak English. There is no check-in assistance, and the management does not communicate via WhatsApp. They insist that you contact them only through Booking.com, where their responses are often slow.
For a one-week stay, I believe at least one cleaning service should be provided, but no cleaning was included. When we offered to pay for an additional cleaning ourselves, it took them 3–4 days to organize and send someone. On one occasion, they even told us that they had accidentally cleaned the wrong apartment. Despite specifically asking them not to send the cleaner early in the morning, they still sent someone early and woke me up.
After cleaning pillow sheet was still dirty. Ill add a picture of this.
There wasn’t even basic hand soap in the bathroom.
The biggest issue is that the management team does not seem to prioritize guest satisfaction or provide proper support when problems arise. The apartment itself has good potential because of its location and size, but the management and service standards definitely need to improve.
