Good city , good area of Montpellier

Wouldn’t reccomend to anyone.

Unfortunately after reading a review stating there were bed bugs in the property, and being rudely ignored and ridiculed for questioning the cleanliness of the property, we weren’t given access to the property and thus there was NOTHING to like due to the rude property owner not given us access to the property.

Rien de bon!!!

Appartement très sale et présentant, selon moi, de sérieux problèmes de sécurité et de confort. La plaque de cuisson et le système d’aération ne fonctionnent pas. Il n’y a qu’une petite fenêtre située tout près du trottoir. Si on l’ouvre, cela ne crée pratiquement aucun courant d’air et cela pose également un problème de sécurité. La chambre est située au rez-de-chaussée et il n’y a pas de climatisation. Il y fait extrêmement chaud, comme dans un four. Dans ces conditions, il est très difficile d’y séjourner confortablement. L’emplacement n’est pas pratique non plus : l’appartement est loin du centre-ville et de la plage. Il est également très difficile de joindre le propriétaire par téléphone. Malgré plusieurs tentatives, je n’ai pas réussi à l’avoir. Il répond seulement de temps en temps aux messages et n’a pas apporté de solution aux problèmes signalés concernant l’état de l’appartement. J’ai trouvé sa prise en charge de la situation très insuffisante. Enfin, je n’ai pas trouvé de moyen de recours satisfaisant auprès de Booking. La réservation ayant nécessité un paiement immédiat, je n’ai pas réussi à obtenir l’annulation ni le remboursement malgré les problèmes rencontrés. Une expérience extrêmement décevante. Même gratuitement, je ne séjournerais pas dans cet appartement. À fuir !

Le calme et la proximité du centre. La Petite rue commerçante juste à côté. Appartement très bien situé. Propreté et confort de la literie.

C'est très petit, très bien pour une nuit. Pas très aéré, en pleine canicule, et quelques odeurs de tabac froid mais heureusement il y avait un ventilo!
