L'appartamento è molto pulito, con grandi spazi e ben arredato. La cucina è confortevole, è in una zona molto tranquilla e centrale. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente buono, con alcuni accorgimenti diventa perfetto.
L'appartamento ha due climatizzatori un pò vecchi, quello dell'ingresso funziona a malapena per un ambiente molto grande con difficoltà rinfresca l'aria ed essendo un appartamento all'ultimo piano prendendo sole tutto il giorno diventa molto caldo quindi andrebbe potenziato. Il condizionatore della stanza da letto rinfresca sicuramente di più a stanza chiusa ma spesso ha perso acqua e considerando che era sul letto in pratica ci pioveva in testa; in più i condizionatori ogni tot si spegnevano da soli quando eravamo in casa. Con condizionatori funzionanti la mia valutazione sarebbe di 10. Altra piccola nota negativa la scala di ingresso con i bagagli non è comodissima.

Privacy, large private terrace with lots of greenery, good kitchen appliances (I did not use). Comfy bed and nice linens. Good water pressure in shower.
Very secure, lights at night. Responsive host.
Supermarkets in walking distance.
Highly recommend.
Just to note, it is a VERY vibrant neighborhood, many restaurants and open air bars, so loud music until the wee hours.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien donc pas assez froid, manque poubelle dans les toilettes et présence de petites fourmis.
Présence de restaurants tres proche avec de la musique forte le weekend.
