Die Unterkunft war für unseren Zweck perfekt. Das Stadtviertel von Hamburg ist wirklich niedlich, genau in der Straße sind süße Läden und tolle Cafés. Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Müllbeutel, Geschirrspültabs, Kaffeefilter, usw….deutlich mehr als in anderen Unterkünften. Es war eine gute Ausgangsbasis. Mit dem Parken hatten wir überhaupt keine Probleme. Wir haben immer direkt vor der Tür geparkt. Auch als nicht Anwohner konnte man dort parken, wenn man ein paar Euro bezahlt am Parkautomat. Wir waren den ganzen Tag woanders unterwegs und sind nur abends ab 17:00 Uhr in der Unterkunft gewesen. Dann haben wir ein paar Euros bezahlt und ab 20:00 Uhr bis morgens 9.00h war das parken kostenfrei. Für uns war alles perfekt!

Wunderbare Unterkunft in perfekter Lage, um Hamburg zu erkunden. Gepflegte Nachbarschaft.
Bäckerei und Lebensmittelgeschäfte fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso gute Gastronomie.
Durch Souterrain-Lage etwas feuchte Raumluft.

Finding the perfect base for a family of five can be challenging, but Nordic Nest delivered an exceptional experience. It strikes the perfect balance between city convenience and a peaceful family retreat.
The Location & Neighbourhood:
The location is unbeatable and feels incredibly safe, surrounded mostly by young families and retirees. A U-Bahn station is just a 10-minute walk at the end of the street, making city transit seamless. An absolute highlight on the same street is the incredible outdoor facility featuring three pools, diving boards, and a sauna—just minutes from the door! Despite the central location, the area is wonderfully quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep for everyone.
The Accommodation:
The property was immaculately clean, beautifully presented, and combined stylish, modern decor with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It offers a stress-free, elegant space with plenty of room for a family. As noted by others, the bunk bed does creak a bit when someone moves, but this is a very minor detail in an otherwise flawless stay.
Service & Hospitality:
Communication from the hosts was clear and straightforward, and accessing the apartment via the entry code was entirely hassle-free. To top it off, we found the people of Hamburg to be incredibly friendly and helpful, always patient with our broken German. We would happily return to Hamburg and would absolutely stay at Nordic Nest again!
