I wish we had known renovations were happening during our stay. Fortunately, we didn't need to nap during rhe day- pounding and drilling and whatnot going on all around us.
The pool wasn't open, which made sense, but still wasn't labeled as seasonal (late April in the South)
The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast on time and well managed. Waited at the desk because our keys didn't work the 2nd day for about 10 minutes without a bell or any way to contact staff.
Always a plus when there's a bathtub, as the hot tub wasn't available

We had a room on the top third floor that had been recently renovated. It was very nice.
Our granddaughter had left her stuff bunny in the bed. House keeping found it and took it to the front desk. They called us and kindly will be sending back to her. So that made our trip even better.
We had all enjoyed the Dismal Canyon the evening we stayed there. It was great to have a clean room after the night tour.
The staff there was the best!
