The place was very clean. An airport shuttle would have been handy, but we just kept our rental car and there was ample (but expensive) garage parking available.

There is No No No airport shuttle service even it is advertised in Expedia. I have double confirmed with front desk. Breakfast is just so so. It seems that only one staff to pick up the plates after customers finish. However the tables are not getting cleaned, at least not the one next to my table. The bar is very nice for watching FIFA！

Room was very clean and it had everything we needed for an overnight flight layover.
The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. We arrived from Houston at 8:30AM which was midnight our time and we were extremely tired. We were fortunate to be allowed to check in and take a long nap. Grateful for the experience! The room also included a nice continental breakfast which had more than juts pastries, it was excellent!
It would’ve been great if there was a shuttle to and from the airport or at least allowance to ride with the shuttle from the hotel next door.

The hotel was clean and well appointed. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke very good English even though we attempted to speak German to them. The breakfast was probably the best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. There were so many options to fit many nationalities. The only problem we encountered was the bar waiter who refused to wait on us for unknown reasons. After three attempts to order drinks from him and being ignored, we finally had to get our own drinks from the hotel staff. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hampton and would definitely choose this hotel again.
