great hotel. Luxury level but affordable.
Staff excellent knowledgeable and friendly. Gym and swimming pool very good. Buffet breakfast excellent. 10 minute walk to central Sapa village
Great service from Ly at front desk.
5 star service from Chris at front desk not only while we were in Sapa but also pre travel while in Canada providing excellent knowledge for transfers and tours.

The hotel is lovely, beautifully situated for viewing the mountains and I loved the restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room had a beautiful view of the valley, and our whole family really enjoyed spending the evenings on the balcony, relaxing and taking in the peaceful scenery.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. There was always plenty to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious.
One thing we especially appreciated was that the hotel has a billiards table. It was a lot of fun for the whole family to play a few games together in the evening after a day of sightseeing.
The hotel also has a fantastic spa. The massage was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
