The communication to get access to the apartment was lacking. Initially they mentioned someone will be available to give me access. When I reached the location I realized that they sent me a message to call them by phone 10 minutes before arrival. In any case I called them and waited for 30 minutes before someone arrived. She was giving all kind of excuses why she couldn’t come to the property in time.
The apartment is in the third floor with no elevator. I had to lug my suitcase up all the way. They did mention in the property details that there is no elevator
The bedroom was in an another level (attic) with not much head room. The door was sticky and sometime I wondered whether I will be able to get in.
They did give me one hour extension for checkout ( 11 am to 12 noon). Anna was very helpful and she offered to get my luggage down and she did! She apologized for the checkin experience.
Overall ok for the price but I won’t go there again! Completely different experience compared to my another stay in an apartment near Sao Bento.
