The hotel is situated 5 minutes from the S & U Bahn station Berliner Tor which makes it ideal should you arrive into Hamburg by air.
The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are clean and very modern.
There’s a bar on the ground floor and a nice restaurant in the hotel.
The staff are very helpful, polite and professional.
Highly recommended.

The rooms was very clean and spatious. The staff was very friendly. We liked the option to check-in by yourself. This went easy and was very practical.

Stayed as a group of 4 ladies for a girly birthday weekend. On arrival the staff upgraded the birthday girls room to a suite. The suite was fantastic, spacious, stylish and comfortable. The area is great for exploring the heart of Hamburg. Overall we had a fabulous stay, my only feedback would be to include tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. In addition to this, a basic cleaning kit for the suite would be great for the washing up dishes etc.
