As some others have mentioned, check in is not convenient. There is a form that needs to be either printed and signed, or you need Acrobat or something similar, the auto fill/sign fields don't work. There was a couple checking in when I got there who obviously didn't get the memo and were on the phone trying to check in. So, if you are staying here, check in a couple of days in advance.
That place itself was nice, suitable for an extended stay, with a week equipped kitchen. The price is reasonable, it was very clean and the location is very convenient, though you walk through some gritty sections to get there. Would stay there again.
