This is a lovely property in an authentic Hutong area very close to both Beijing Station and Dongdan Metro. We loved that we could access the room early after arriving on the night sleeper from Shanghai, but if you drop your bags be aware that any toilet facilities are the public ones close by (they are all kept really clean, but may not have a "sit" toilet). The rooftop area is neat.
There are limited self-catering facilities in a communal area, but limited to a microwave. But food is so cheap and delicious nearby!

Located close to attractions. Beds were comfy. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.
Not very clean, quite dusty. Couldn't be accessed by any vehicles so airport shuttle and taxi had to drop us off with bags down the road which was concerning in the night when we arrived.
