The apartment is between 2 tram stations: Les Arceaux and Plan Cabanes and maybe a 3-5 minutes walk away.
I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the place as it was recently renovated. Everything in there is clean and new.
I usually like to have a separate living room and a bedroom but the set up made it perfectly fine.
The bed is heavenly: it is a high-base bed frame and the mattress is thick and comfy. There are also many pillows. I slept like a baby!
The couch is new too and I enjoyed relaxing on it after a long day out and about.
Last but not least, it was the first time in France that there was a bottle of water (and 2 pieces of Ferrero chocolate) as a welcoming gesture. I've booked some places with an arrival time after 10pm and yet never found water there awaiting me.
Thank you for your thoughtfulness! I appreciate it and will happily stay there again.
The only thing I didn't like is that there was no full-length mirror but the owner said he was going to get one soon.

L’intérieur a été refait à neuf, ce qui rend le logement très agréable. L’appartement est à 15 minutes à pied du centre, ce qui a été un énorme point positif. De plus la personne qui nous a accueilli était très serviable et sympathique.
le seul point que je trouverais négatif, mais qui n’a rien à voir avec le logement lui-même, c’est le bruit dans l’immeuble

Comodo il parcheggio privato, riservato e sicuro, con cancello e telecomando. Bagno spazioso e illuminato. I vicini sono gentili e mi hanno aiutato a entrare la prima sera. Letto comodo, lavatrice, asciugatrice, purificatore d’aria touch in bagno. Vicinanza a piedi 5 minuti dalla Promenade du Peyrou e quindi vicinissimo al centro. Cialde caffè e macchinetta. Tutto per cucinare e pulire.
A mio avviso, i saponi dovrebbero essere un po’ riforniti e la porta del bagno controllata perché non scorre bene. L’anta dell’armadio è assente.
I 100m per uscire dalla via non mi sono sembrati sicuri la sera/notte, quindi forse non è adatto a chi potrebbe voler partecipare alla movida, perfetto per una coppia che vuole visitare in macchina e dormire la sera.

Property was clean. Washer and dryer. Close to tram line.
Significant amount of noise from other tenants. Neighborhood is mostly Muslim which limited access to alchohol. There was no soap in the bathroom for showering or hand washing. The owner quit responding when I asked for soap.
