Wonderful staff ! Very new part of town and incredibly quiet. Don't get western tourists much so you basically become the talk of the town. The elevator can only be described as willy wonkas. The bed in vert comfortable and room is really roomy with modern fixtures and new pillows / linen. Located walking distance from shopping centre. Staff help arrange transfers out and back from tunnels
Unfortunately cleaning really needs to be upped to keep this place nice. Super sticky substance on the bedside table and loads of rubbish stuffed in the draws.

Modern look. Clean sheets. Clean towels.
The attitude of female staff is awful. The younger male was very helpful.
So much hair on the floor in the room. The bathroom sink leaked making the floor slippery. Cheap shampoo and shower gel The listing shows a swimming pool. There is no pool.
