Overall stay was pleasant. Hotel was clean and caters for adults. Air conditioning was turned off during my stay. Food was average as most items were cold. Variety of food was good. Staff needs to be more customer oriented and more friendly

This was an experience to remember the only negative point was the AC. It was very hot and we had to sleep in this heat and humid weather, it was very uncomfortable indeed.
The hotel staff went out of their way to give us a pleasant stay, the food was excellent and the location and hotel were modern and new, the view was excellent.
Only one message to the hotel FIX THE AIRCONDITIONING.
I will certainly go back again without a doubt, Hopefully the AC would be working

It was very nice stay..we were busy with the activities that they make all the time like water gym, water polo, dart, badminton, and beach volleyball. Also they have activities through out the week like boat trip, gala dinner, pool party, and color party, in addition to that they have a show every single night, and for Disco fans the make free transportation for Disco nights twice a week.. actually it was a lovely stay i would do it again definitely.
I need to mention also that the animation staff were so friendly and nice specially eda and cihan.
I will have to say that the restaurants and bars staff need to be more professional and to be English speakers.
