La ubicación es muy buena y nuestro anfitrión, Joao, magnífico. Nos dio indicaciones sobre lugares que visitar y tuvo un detalle con nosotras (botella de vino).
Necesita cuidados y reformas (sobre todo mobiliario terrazas, sillones, suelos, están muy viejos y algunos rotos etc pero las camas son cómodas) .

Mieszkanie ma fajny klimat, super duży taras do posiadówki, mniejszy taras połączony z salonem, do tego w samym centrum. Dla mniej wymagających osób.
Można by go trochę odnowić, ale też ma swój klimat.

Bel l'appartement dommage qu'il soit si vieillot (carrelage salle de bain cassé, vieux sols ), ça mériterai vraiment un rafraichissement et changer les vieux meubles. Le balcon et terrasse pourraient être très agréables aussi si bien aménagés (vieux fauteuil complétement HS et barbecue insalubre etc), vraiment dommage ! Pourtant il y a un bon potentiel sans dépenser une fortune pour que cet appartement soit plus accueillant. Je suis déçu pour mes amis qui n'ont pas trouvé le confort qu'ils espéraient.
Sur les photos on ne se rend pas compte de l'état de l'appartement !
